Growing up playing sports I would always inevitably have some kind of injury. I would always be banged up and need help recovering. One of the tools at my disposal that I did not use as much as I should have was a heating pad.

I would always use ice after practice or a game but I would have been more well served to utilize a heating pad during my off days to improve blood flow to aid in recovery of my muscles (and body overall).
